SENTRA Text Messaging Program

PROGRAM OVERVIEW
SENTRA is Arthrex Salt Lake City's internal operational text-messaging program for our own sales representatives. It is internal business communication only. This program is not consumer- or patient-facing: messages are sent only to Arthrex Salt Lake City's own sales representatives (employees and contracted reps). We do not text consumers or patients, and no patient information is involved.
What we send: each representative's daily prioritized task list, and answers to product and contract-pricing questions a representative texts in (for example, whether a specific item is on contract at a given facility, and its price).
Who receives messages: only our own sales representatives who have provided their mobile number and consented.
Message frequency varies by representative and workload, typically up to about 5 messages per day. Message and data rates may apply per your mobile carrier plan.
Opt out anytime by replying STOP. Reply HELP for help, or contact operations@arthrex-saltlakecity.com. No mobile information is shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

How to opt in: A representative opts in by providing their mobile number to our operations team during onboarding and agreeing to receive SENTRA operational texts, or by texting our SENTRA number directly.
Message frequency: varies by representative and workload, typically up to about 5 messages per day.
Cost: Message and data rates may apply per your mobile carrier plan. We do not charge for the messages.
Opt-out and help: Reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe; you will receive one confirmation and no further messages. Reply HELP for help, or contact us at the address below.

PRIVACY POLICY
This Privacy Policy explains how Arthrex Salt Lake City handles information in connection with SENTRA, our internal operational text-messaging program for our sales representatives. It covers the SMS/MMS program only.
Who this program is for: SENTRA texts are sent only to our own sales representatives (employees and contracted reps) who have provided their mobile number and opted in. This is internal business messaging. We do not send SENTRA texts to consumers or patients, and the program does not involve any patient information.
Information we collect: the representative's name and mobile phone number; and the content of messages the representative sends to and receives from SENTRA (for example, a product or contract question the rep texts in, and SENTRA's reply), plus timestamps and delivery status. We do not collect financial account numbers, government identifiers, or patient/consumer health information through this program.
How we use it: to deliver the representative's daily task list and to answer product and contract questions the representative initiates, and to maintain an internal audit log of messages for quality and recordkeeping.
How we share it: We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile information with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. No mobile information is shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We use Twilio Inc. solely as our messaging service provider to transmit these texts on our behalf; Twilio processes the data only to deliver the messages. We may disclose information if required by law.

Data retention and security: We retain message records only as long as needed for the operational and recordkeeping purposes above, and we apply reasonable safeguards to protect the information.
